Kondo Krushes Leukemia for the Holidays!

Hello again, Dan here, and I wanted to take some time to talk about a charity event that I am participating in over at the Monsterpoclypse Discord.

Give-a-geddon!

This is similar to the monthly tournaments hosted by the superb Monsterpoclypse discord community except with a few twists. I won’t go into each of them in detail, please see the link above, but they are all designed to make the event different and encourage donations to your charity of choice.

The big rule adjustment that I want to point out is Monster perma-death: if your monster dies in the game it is out or the rest of the tournament, unless you donate to the charity of your choice.

That gave me the theme for this event, Kondo Krushes Leukemia. Kondo will be the mainstay for the event with other monsters rotating in and out, and my charity of choice will be the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

A little family personal history, my sister-in-law, Morgan Ashe, passed from Leukemia on January 17th, 2011. It is in her memory that I make these donations.

If you would like to participate, please donate to either LLS (in the link above) or the charity of your choice and let me know that you have done so at my email address (dwarner1911@gmail.com). At the end of the event, I will do a random draw and the winner will receive a commemorative token of appreciation! I hope everyone has a happy holiday and takes some time to do something nice for someone else in their lives.

As always, thanks for reading. Enjoy the hobby and check out my YT Channel@Decisive Operations
